I'm doing the GORUCK Challenge two days before I ship out so I would say you are good to go as long as you are in good shape. I will sign back on and post how it went two days from now!
I would also suggest buying one of their rucks. The GR1 I ordered from them is the nicest backpack I have ever owned. It's also a plus that the money goes to a company run by former and active QPs.
