Pretty sure they are.
The Chris Reeve Knife shop still makes the knives as and only as directed by USASOC.
From a previous comment here, the Yarborough Knife is the soldiers to keep but as the rules surrounding that project dictate, the knife cannot be sold.
If one is seen for sale on the open market, that is a problem.
I imagine there may be a way for this to happen like if a soldier is lost in combat and the family does not know of or value the knife.
Theft is also a possibility.
The serial number of the each Yarborough knife is kept in a secure log.
There is also a replacement policy in place in case of loss.
