It quite often takes awhile for the DNR to establish diplomatic relations with the facts (went through this with wolves & black bears in the southern half), but it looks like
this map will get a new star.
Some QP's will be familiar with the area from years past. Judging by time of day & direction of travel the cat looks to be ready to avoid the heat and lay up in a position to leverage anything that falls into the Badger DZ and doesn't keep moving...
I do agree, peak summer & that cat looks pretty good.
