above quoted is part of it now the rest is a scandal in the making ... Badly made ammo ,one of the leading causes of this one ,yes BADLY MADE AMMO like the early days of the m-16 in 'nam ...we playing the blame game again ...but both causes go to the manufacturers of the ammo and weapons equally .......you don't cut corners ever !Q/C please!!!
