Why do people put eggs in "POTATO" Salad? It is Called "POTATO" Salad not Potato and egg salad. Geezus. I hate that.

Boiled potatoes of choice
diced red onion
diced celery
mayo
Italian salad dressing- I like Wishbone brand because of the herbs, they add extra color.
Salt and Pepper
