Update - 6.5 months post op

Well, it's been another while since I posted regarding the biceps tenodesis, etc.

Everything is coming along just fine. Have acheived far more ROM at this juncture than during the previous surgery's recovery for the same time frame.

Strength is coming along a little at a time. Not rushing anything, just taking the PT's advice and working as he says.

Thanks again for all the support. Sorry to be such a ghost for so long. Life has just gotten busy, with getting a HS senior ready for college, and all the wrestling matches of the 15 yr. old, and married life in general. Life is good!
