Some of the ingredients in Gungho like niacin (increase blood circulation), ashwaganda, and eleuthero I've seen being used in naturopathic medical practice.
Sucralose isn't nice since it has a chlorine atom attached and its metabolism is unknown, and sodium benzoate actually decreases energy (it inhibits the mitochondria function). Sodium benzoate's purpose is a food preservative. I've seen them in anti aging skin creams (irony is that it actually ages the user more).
Has anyone tried ruckpack?
www.ruckpacks.com, it was created by member of marsoc. That I would consider more naturopathic than gungho.
