Korea 1989-91. Not to many of us left as I was 21 years old when I was at CCC. Most of the SF pax there were old guys. The SGM was Desoto. I remember Butrim,thomas, snake adams, squrill sprouse, Terry, Goodhue, Woods, Shriver, Zabotoski, Musselman and a bunch more. Also a lady outside the gate name raunchy crouch ran the local club.
The one man I remember from my 77th SF Grp.brief experience is MSGT Desoto,SGM's weren't a rank at that time(1956).......... The gal that I recall is "bicycle annie",she got her name because she would ride her bike out into the boondocks and () with the guys!......

I believe that SF is a 'calling' - not too different from the calling missionaries I know received. I knew instantly that it was for me, and that I would do all I could to achieve it. Most others I know in SF experienced something similar. If, as you say, you HAVE searched and read, and you do not KNOW if this is the path for you --- it is not....
