It's from a fairly recent (in the last 30 years or so) interpretation of Daniel 11.
There's no direct biblical quotation where Israel makes a pact with the "King of the North". Rather, Israel is described as making a pact with the "King of the West", which leads to the eventual invasion by the King of the North and Armageddon.
