Like in the '92 riots that took place in Los Angeles after the Rodney King verdict was anounced to the world, I think that many bad people simply took advantage of an already bad situation. They entered the the streets to pillage and plunder. How many of those vehicles and stores were torched by people with sociopathic and anarchaic personalities?
