Honor Flight is an amazing organization from all standpoints- the financials and the work they do!

As an aside- their mission is for WWII Veterans however if a Veteran has a terminal condition they 'save' a certain amount of seats on each flight and take that Veteran to 'their' memorial as well. Here in South Florida, I've been privileged to see the impact on many of the Veterans participating in the program.

I would highly encourage any WWII Veteran to sign up, no matter medical or other limitations~ they have a 'guardian' for each Veteran so there is NO chance of not having individual attention, care and support.
