It is definitely is. Good work. This is the one in my avatar. Notice the different size in small bearings it can come with. Unfortunately it doesn't use a wave shaper like some other more modern, Grenades such as the German frags. I think you are confusing German for Austria. It appears that Austria has similarities to the German ones.. The Germans have done their homework with their series. I will have to dig up the article which shows Seal Team 6 and his grenade he has stuck in his belt.
This new grenade that is pictured here is really not different than the ones of today. Same Comp B, same inside as you closely look at the body of the grenade. It does appear to be a better shaped grenade. More of an actual old M67. This is probably geared towards people who have played Baseball any certain amount of time. Excellent chance to hit the target at a good distance. That is the only thing I can see at this moment.
Oh OK, The stenciling is at the top and not the side. This should guarantee that none of it will rub off and as well the top of the spoon. It looks like that is etched onto spoon. It also has a spacer between the the fuse and the body of the grenade like I have stated before.
