my TS already told me I'm still the senior Chuck until we 1) get a new one from the Q and I train him to the TS's standard, or 2) we get one from another team who's not a new guy and even if either of those things happen I'll still be the "Senior" after I get promoted and become the Fox. It sounds like I have job security until I screw up.
