I thought the games overall were pretty good.
BUT the one thing that ALWAYS pisses me off about the Olympics is that they always cover events such as Gymnastics, Swimming, and Track. However they never cover sports such as Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Skeet, Trap, Fencing, etc, etc. You know all the sports that have come from warfare. I think its BS that they never cover these sports.
Additionally it pissed me off that NBC HIGHLIGHTED the bad events such as a competitor using drugs or something else of unsportsmen like conduct. I know and we all know this happens. Mention it okay I'm good with that but do you really need to spend 15 minutes covering the who, what, when, where, why, and how of someone caught doping? I think not, spend that time covering another sport or event.
Additionally I want to see competition not interviews.
Of course I shouldn't expect fair and complete coverage from NBC now should I.
