If, and this is a big if, I am cooking breakfast for a man, I prefer to fix eggs over easy, pancakes with butter and maple syrup, sausage, biscuits with gravy, and hash browns. It tastes great with a vodka-orange juice.
I do not know if I have ever fixed a "grit" though? That might take me out of the running with men?
