Professional Soldiers ® - View Single Post - Has anyone used a rolling tourniquet for IV starts?

North American Rescue is making a rolling tourniquet (BOA IV) for IV starts. I like the thought of it; it sounds like it should help with difficult sticks, however I am unable to find any info online (searched google and here) except that a clinical trial is underway. Has anyone used one of these, and if so what are your thoughts on it?
