Speaking of "tough journalists" Peter Jennings
was interviewed by a very popular talk radio show host here this morning. The host continued asking good ole Peter why he and other media types are not addressing some of the very same questions above, and also about the Swift Boat Vets. You would have thought that the host put an ice pick through Peter's puppy...he sputtered and stuttered and got exceedingly more angry.
Basically he started in on how brave sKerry was yada yada yada and said he saw no reason to question him or his records during and after Vietnam.
Go figure.
