Look back thru your first two posts here.

While you may consider the things I have highlighted trivial, we do not. It is the small stuff that we sweat - as when guys get tired, are cold, hungry, etc...the small stuff will get overlooked and those small things will grow monumentally. If you can't be bothered to proof your posts what would lead us believe you will take the time to look back over the assembly of a weapon, recalculate a charge or medication dosage, or be sure you have enough batteries for a mission?

See where this is going? We aren't perfect either and we do make mistakes but they don't occur because we are lazy or don't care to try; it's because we are human.

All that said, you would do well to begin your reading here with "A Message To Garcia" and then search/read "Situational Awareness." There is more here for you to read than you have the time to digest it.
