From what
I understood from "Get Selected", I put a little bit of alcohol on a cotton ball and rub it all around both feet up to and including around my ankles and since I have the luxury of time, I let them air dry. I only do it after running and rucking along with some of the other post ruck foot care talked about in the chapter on feet.
Any QP's advice/criticisms about that?
