I'm sure you have reviewed the threads concerning age. At 41 you might want to think about other options.

Most (new guys) in Special Forces are in their 20's. by the time they are in their mid 30's they are senior Special Forces soldiers, by late 30's most are Master Sergeants and SGM's.
