Are you asking or telling us that an individual should be Ranger, Airborne, INF first? I take it you've seen the data concerning such facts and figures?
Opinions are like assholes, everyones got one. This is close to trolling, support your data or remove it and ask just questions.

Special Forces A-Teams take individuals on real-world missions all the time that possess no combat skills, none, zip, nada. (Air Force PJ's come to mind.)
Point is, you can be as green as the spring grass when you walk in the shadows of an A-Team.
