Does anyone know a domestic or GSA source for a hand crank linker for russian ammo? I came across one in the course but cannot locate one.
I'm sitting on a sh*t-pot of ammo here, any help appreciated.

I've checked Shotgun News, Brownells, Google and a few other places.

Is this a class III, or controlled item. I might have opportuity for local
purchase in-country, but don't know the access I'll have.
