The NCO Academy moved from Toelz to Vilsek/Grafenwoehr in late 1990. I was on duty with 1/10 SFG(A) mid 1991 when most everyone from the BN had moved to Boeblingen. The Kaserne was fairly empty by then. That's when I found my way into the old Academy area.
