This is the only thing I'm qualified to respond to. I quit almost 2 years ago, and haven't wanted a smoke since. All I do is think of the money I save, not to mention the health benefits. Lastly, I never really knew how awful smoke smells on a person, until I quit.

I can now smell smoke from great distances.
