Educate. With the goal to convert to anything other than islam.

Incarcerate/Exterminate. There are those who will not have it any other way. They've volunteered for violent jihad and want to meet allah. We can help them too. If they can't be captured and tried, they must be killed. We have units that are very good at this. We're going to need more law enforcement officers and they need to be freed from the leash of political correctness.

I have friends who are originally from Jordan and Lebanon, Christians and have been since the 3rd century. Option B and C work for me, given the fact that expecting them to convert is not-likely. But then again, anything is possible with the Man up stairs.
