Excellent, I will have to look at some with the stainless as well. I want something that will add to the joy of cooking, unlike my current grill which is a PITA to use and clean all the time.

Of course I could always just use my LP burner that I use for homebrewing. It cranks out 235K BTU's and sounds like a damned jet when you light it.
