Richard I do believe that another attempt will be made as soon as the US becomes PC dominated so that no amount of behavior will actually attract much attention.
It is possible that they are testing the waters now. Everyone say "Never Happen" and that is exactly what they are waiting for. It is an easy delivery system and can be used in many ways that cause maximum damage. Think of the damage if they had the ability to hit the lower section of the towers instead of the upper sections.
