We have some of the same tools in common but I do very little forging now. That is one big power hammer he's working from. Great looking shop and work.
My steel work started for the logging side and my first work in edged tools was all forging. I made woodworking tools for timber frame and boat building then jumped off the deep end into knife making.
The Chris Reeve shop would be a good example on the other end of the spectrum with a lot of well managed CNC equipment.
(Kramer could also use a guard on the front of that power hammer, stuff breaks on occasion...but look who's talking)
