Yep,

If it's shooting to the left you need to move the rear site to the right to correct it. Can get confusing but here's how it works.

Take your two index fingers and align them like your sights with your left index finger as the front and the right index as the rear. Now look where you are aiming (center of the target). Now move right finger to the right and you will move your point of aim to the left which will be where your bullet is currently hitting.
