Rear sight or front sight?

If you moved the rear sight all the way to the left then it will most definitely strike left. If it's the front sight then you have trouble if it is not adjustable. If the front sight is adjustable and you have pushed it to the left and still shooting left.
A quick fix is to "JB QUICK" or "JB WELD" to thicken the left side of the front sight blade and file down (Thin off) the right side thus moving the front sight further left. generally such adjustments are small.
