NP3 is great stuff! I have it on various pistol magazines, as well as on the bolt carrier group of a M4 clone. I have also done the lower receiver parts of the same weapon. Makes the guns run smooth as silk. Aids in cleaning and slicks up the trigger pull without modifying the weapon. I have thought about doing a 1911 frame in it, but was also curious whether it would be too slick. I guess I can go ahead with that project now. The only thing I do not like about NP3 is it is not black, brown, tan or green. Other than that it is great stuff.
