And if they don't, we get to stand around the SGM's desk looking at targets and laughing at them! It's even funnier when the Regimental CSM unloads on the SFG(A) CSMs for sending guys who don't meet pre-reqs and can't do the shoot-ins. (FAGs are easy to entertain.  )
