What will happen when the money dries up (will all be spent on health care) and we cant afford to pay for all these extra efforts and bodies to do counterterrorism? It always seems to be the lead you pass on that comes back to bite you. One of my old bosses from 10th Grp just retired as deputy asst director of CT at the FBI (just sent him this article - thanks Richard). Man was he worn out and ready to retire by the end. Very demanding pace at that place. Hopefully his replacement is as good as he was but i did feel a lot better knowing another SF guy was in charge
