Barbell Rows/50/89- 76-58 ( I hate this exercise) Last session I did 75-80-59

Dumbell Press/25/73-70-57

Leg Curls/50/43-41-41

Hammer Curls 5/80-73-59 ( I scored my reps again and my new goal is 96)

Abs/70/60-59-56
