You can go to www.morethananamefoundation.org to order the book on the internet. On the order page, there is a section called Instructions for Merchant (or something like that) - if you write in who you want the book signed for, the author will sign it for you or for anyone you would like.

40 books were shipped to the JFK SWC Museum Gift Shop today and should be available end of next week.
