Lots of advice here.

The best is to see an MD and get evaluated and course of action. This will more than likely be surgery followed by very light range of motion within the limits of the post surgical protocols for different surgerys. Soft tissue healing is about 8 to 12 weeks, at which time you will start light exercise in 6 different directions of the shoulder. Your Pain and strength will be followed and exercise will progress keeping pain down to a minimum. At Ft Campbell we used to start Blitzing the shoulder after 10 -12 weeks and rehab time was fast. You will not get the blitz at Ft Bragg or any where else. Total time for Good recovery about 6 months. Blitzzz
