My Tucker Gunleather "The Answer" holster has a nice flat soft leather piece that sits against your skin, keeping the signature of the gun from pressing into your side.
I might pick up a Kramer #3 though if they're comfy enough (I carry a full-sized XD-45)

The #3 is IWB, which I no longer utilize.
I prefer the MSP paddle holster for CCW.
