Granted you're singing to the choir on this one. Check out the book End of Faith by Sam Harris, a vicious critique of religious fundamentalism's role in terrorism. He argues at one point in his book that to brook a continued relationship with someone whose basic beliefs involve your destruction is. . . well, f-ing stupid.

IMHO, Islam itself is a failed religion that does nothing to increase the quality of the lives of its practitioners and everything to exacerbate deteriorating political and social situations. Would that the world became secular humanists and embraced reason as this Bangladeshi gentleman apparently has.

Thanks for posting that SF-TX. Worked with some of your boys at the Nasty Guard BA this last summer; good dudes and it sounds like you guys have a good thing going down there.
