Hello members.

My name is Stephen G. and I am fire-rescue battalion chief with a south Florida department with 27 years of service. I am also the medical TL for our police departments SWAT team, a program I implemented about 4 years ago. I am active in this field with the Florida SWAT Association and am a member of the NTOA and SOMA. I also sit on the TEMS advisory council for South Florida.

I have no military experience but am proud to have a son serving as a 13F with the 1/214 FA. He is currently home from an extended tour.

I will be reading and participating in the medical forums and am here primarily to learn from your experiences.
