Problem is, the money just isn't there, and with a kid on the way, I am scrapping things together to get the Glock (selling stuff to afford it). I also have training on the Glock in the past, including working on them, so I figure a little retraining is a compromise I can live with, since I can do to the Glock what I want and personalize it into something I would be happy to own.
