No blinds or tree stands (read no bushwacking) We slip hunt (stalk and walk) and mid-day we do drives through the forest. some may take 1/2 hour, some 2 hours. Cold? Hasn't even started yet. This is balmy compared to Jan./Feb. The Objibway call Feb. the month of the popping trees. -30 F can do that. I won't even start with windchill at that temperature. Oh well it keeps the Kalifornians from moving here. No offense to those of you with a more conservative mind. I have 2 brothers who live in Ca. They will only visit in the summer.
