It's beat me up on every AR I've put it on. They've all been 5.56, and at least two of them were Army M4's. I had it on one 16" AR with the rifle length gas system, which made it shoot extremely soft, and that one cut me up too. All of these were off of a Larue flat top mount.
Just so you know, I do have a big nose.
