Hello all!!!

First of all; wow, what an awesome forum. It's great to see a bunch of SF guys all in one spot so I can gather a bunch of intel on the course!!!

A little history on myself-
I joined in 1999 and served a total over just over four years on active duty.
My MOS was 13F, which I thoroughly recommend to all prospect hooahs.
I served in 2/17 FA in Korea (the most horrible experience of my life) and C co 2/75 Ranger. That was a hoot...lol
I've been lucky enough to attend ABN, RIP, RGR, RSLC, USMC Naval Gunfire course, and a bunch of other cool stuff. I left active duty in December of 2003 with intentions of college and serving in my home state's (Colorado) National Guard. Well, I wanted to kind of take it easy while in school, so I opted to be a UH-60 Crew Chief...kinda nice to be the one that isn't getting off of the bird with a ruck and a 10k movement ahead of yah...LOL
That was a great experience (aviation). Too bad it wasn't great enough.
Since I had time in SOF with 2/75, and have seen what SF was doing over in Iraq, I felt the hairs on the back of my neck raise up once again when I found out (previously unknown to me) that Colorado had a battalion of SF (5/19) in-state. School is/was/still in school a priority to me, but my everyday life as a college pogue lacked the high-intensity element that I used to be a part of at 2/75.
Well, I have tons of experience with Fire Support (AH6, Spectre, CAS, etc,etc,etc you've all seen that) so I opted for 18E.
I attended SFAS in June of '07 and thankfully became selected. After two more semesters of college after returning from SFAS, I am slated to attend the SFQC for 18E with Russian starting June of this year ('08).
So...
I'm 26, 3 more semesters of school till graduation (Environmental Sci), attending the Q in June.
