Whoever then starts the actual discussion thread decides which of the above categories to start it in. Then just make a single reply in the "topic suggestion" thread referring everyone to which forum to look in for the actual discussion/thread. This would allow a quick check for everyone looking to help without having to read every thread to identify questions/problems that need to be answered.
