Correct.
You can find the double-ended ones in pharmacy/drug stores though. I put two different shaped ends on this one to better suit the intended purpose for this item. There are all different shapes/sizes/thickness/and coarseness available.
Sounds like your having some FUN RL.... PERIO therapy should be classified as torture, IMO. haha
