OK, here it goes. This map was carried by me in 69-70. The pistol (Remington Rand receiver/Colt slide), flight suit (VN manufactured) and Air America hat was given to me by the widow of an AA pilot. The .45 was carried by him in SEA, and sports the hand carved ivory grips, likely purchased in Siagon (my guess). Some may be familiar with the place right below the muzzle on the first picture, Katum, and the border feature shown on the second picture. You might have to be almost as old as the pistol to really know these places.
