TR - does the formula take into account the burn rate for Detcord and the accelerated cross energy as focused in the center of the wraps? Det cord doesn't "burn", it detonates, hence the name, "detonating cord".

If you are referring to the propogation rate of the explosion of the det cord, since it is primarily RDX based, the rate should be in the 7,000 m/s range.
