This is good advice for all you hopefulls! I have watched many students think that they could just tough it out, not properly hydrate and drop like flys. The cadre do not need any more cross training events on popping IVs, they have become proficient enough to do it with their eyes closed. Not only is this life threatening but it shows that you are not ready for prime time as we do not need folks that cannot or will not use their head and learn to deal with the environments in which they have to train or operate.
