Radar Rider...I completely understand that as a part of a NGSF group, or any NG element for that matter, you are highly deployable, and I except that. I understand that while in the pipeline for the 1 1/2-2 yrs you can not hold down a job, and again I except that. Just trying to get a little insight and I really appreciate all the input.

In case anyone is interested, my OCS packet is almost complete. I had 2 minor arrest when I was under 18 that I was worried about, but turns out I don't even need waivers for them. So, I should be in front of the board in late July, early August. Hopefully i'll get in.

One more thing. For NG, I have somewhat heard of split training while in the pipeline. Does anybody know anything about this? Im assuming you would attend SFAS and upon selection would go back civi until a later Q date? Again, not really sure so please excuse my ignorance.
