I remember Rocky Mountain Oysters being on the menu at
The Fort. I can't remember if I tried some (I probably did); I was with my project/engagement team, and the beer was flowing. I do remember the buffalo marrow bones, simply delicious. That and smoking cigars out by the teepee and fire after dinner.
